We value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so.

Information Collection & Use:

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

Security:

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".

Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We are currently shipping to the contiguous 48 states. The shipping charge is FREE with any order of $60.00 or more. Orders less than $60.00 will be charged a flat rate of $6.95. Most orders ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. Shipping outside the continental US will be calculated with actual shipping costs only. This will be calculated after an order is placed through an email or phone call to our facility.
How long will it take for my products to arrive?
We are sending email notifications with tracking numbers for all orders that ship USPS. Delivery times from our Alabama warehouse are usually 1-6 business days. While we do inventory thousands of items, with such a large selection of bike fitments we will not have everything at all times. If this is the case, the normal turnaround for items is 5-6 business days. These products ship directly from the manufacturer and can take up to 6 business days to arrive in our warehouse. There is an occasion that an item may be on back order from the vendor at which time an email with an estimated date will be sent. 98% of items will arrive within the 1-6 business days as noted above.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, during checkout just provide a different shipping address.
Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. You can return any product in original condition, un-installed and with the original packaging for a refund or exchange within 30 days. We charge a 25% restocking fee and the cost of our shipping will be deducted from the refunded price. Return postage charges are the customer's responsibility. Products that have been installed cannot be returned. If upon return we find that the product has been installed or used in any way it will not be refunded. We are sorry for such a strict policy ,but we have had abuse in this regard and must make our return policies more strict as to protect everyone from price increases due to a few who abuse the return policies. Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and RMA shipping address.
Please Read
The parts on our site must be installed by a qualified mechanic in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer%u2019s service manual. All parts should be inspected by a qualified mechanic before installation. It is important that the proper part be selected for a specific purpose. All parts must be maintained in accordance with O.E.M. service manual. TheWingStore.com can not be held responsible for any damage or injury of any kind because of misuse or the improper installation of any parts by any person in any way.
Special Orders
Any item that has been special ordered can not be returned to TheWingStore.com. Returns on defective parts from J&M Corporation, MC Enterprises and Progressive will be done directly with the manufacturer for replacement only. No returns on parts that were special ordered items. All returns will go through the dealership it was purchased from.
Exceptions
No returns on electrical parts, Suburban light bars or neon tubes.
